Please fill out the preliminary application for the Russian Flagship program here . Deadline for Fall acceptance is April 1 and for Spring acceptance is November 1. 

Once you have completed the preliminary application you will be able to paricipate in Russian Flagship related activites. If you continue to be interested in the program, you will be required to complete an official application. Here is the link to the official application.
